We were contacted by Kaleidoscope to produce videos for their social media campaign
that showcased what it’s like working for the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS
Foundation Trust and how the transition to new hospitals in the future could impact the
team. The organisation was also struggling with recruitment, especially amongst young
people and we were tasked with highlighting the positive sides of having a career within
A short brief was provided, and we ensured that the required edits and B-Roll followed the
core messaging of the brief when it came to the participants actions and conversations.
We ensured the locations were full of life, busy, and diverse, whilst always engaging with
the target audience through our chosen visuals and dialogue. This project highlighted our
experience with fast turnaround, working towards tight deadlines and working with a
company that used strict branding, compliance, and permission requirements.
