Murwall's Manchester City Collaboration
In recent years we have had the privilege of working alongside Murwalls to promote, highlight and showcase the unique artwork that they create. As a result of our promotional work, we got to reveal some amazing works of art to new audiences and promote the club and the city further. Murwalls is a group of artists who specialise in creating murals and artistic tributes. They have created murals globally, with their art always being unique, vibrant and colourful. Evidently, the murals they created for Manchester City Football Club were no exception.
Laura Hemp - Manchester City League Cup Mural
One of our favourite projects with Murwalls was filming Manchester City’s Lauren Hemp unveiling one of their works of art. The video captured her initial reaction to a new art piece created for Manchester City Football Club, alongside a discussion. This stunning piece of artwork is located within the Etihad Stadium and depicts the women’s team celebrating the FA Women’s League Cup 2021–22. It shows stages of the final game, including the goal, player and fan reactions and the lifting of the trophy.
The mural impressed us a lot and we were glad that we were able to film Lauren’s reaction to it. It was a great way to capture her excitement and her pride in the club and its success. Being able to share the video on behalf of Murwalls was a great achievement for us and as a result we hope that our media work and the artistic work of Murwalls will inspire others to learn more about the history of the club its achievements.
Pep Guardiola Mural - Photography Services
Previous to this project, Murwalls had also created a mural of Pep Guardiola on the side of a house in a housing estate opposite the Etihad Stadium. They wanted us to take photos of the mural and share them with the world via social media. We were excited to be a part of this project, and we were impressed by the artistic work once again. The mural is a stunning piece of art, perfectly capturing Guardiola’s likeness. We took a variety of photos of the mural, and were careful to capture all of the details.
Our photography work throughout the project filled us with pride and are truly excited to share them. Hopefully these photos will inspire others to learn more about Pep Guardiola and his accomplishments at the club. Furthermore, they should encourage people to appreciate the beauty of street art and gain a better understanding of the process.
Sergio Agüero Mural - Photography Services
Murwalls were commissioned to create a mural of Sergio Agüero in Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter. We collaborated with Murwalls to take photos of the mural and Aguero. The mural is a beautiful and striking image of Agüero, and it is a fitting tribute to his career and the impact he had at Manchester City. Likewise, we are again proud to have been a part of this project, and we particularly hope that our photos will help to preserve this mural for future generations.

- It was created by Murwalls artist, Paul Curtis.
- It is located on Dale Street in the Northern Quarter.
- It is 3 stories tall and 20 meters wide.
- It was completed in 2022.
- It depicts Agüero celebrating his winning goal against Queens Park Rangers in 2012, which secured Manchester City’s first Premier League title.
- The mural has been well-received by fans and has become a popular tourist destination.
